K9999 — Terms and Conditions Platform Terms of Use

In this document, "k9999", "we", "our", or "platform" refer to the company operating the k9999.life website. "User", "you", or "your" refer to the individual who creates an account and uses k9999's services. • Users under 18 are strictly prohibited before creating an account or using any of the platform's services. k9999 may request proof of age at any time.
• Employees, service providers, and immediate family members of k9999 staff are prohibited from creating accounts and using the platform for betting purposes.

K9999 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, particularly when there are signs of fraud, false information, or violation of these terms.

K9999 accepts deposits exclusively through recognized Brazilian payment methods. The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20,00. All deposits must be made by the account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Pix: preferred method. The balance is credited instantly upon confirmation by the Banco Central do Brasil.
• Boleto bancário: settlement period of up to 3 business days after payment. The boleto expires in 2 calendar days if left unpaid.
• Credit and debit card: accepted by all major card networks. Subject to anti-fraud review. The user is solely responsible for their card credit limit.
• PicPay: instant deposit via digital wallet. Available for accounts with a verified CPF.
• Mercado Pago: accepted for immediate deposits from the wallet balance or linked bank account.
• TED Transfer: accepted from accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions. Clearing time of up to 1 business day.

K9999 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's own responsibility.

Withdrawals on k9999 are processed exclusively to the account holder, whose CPF must match the one registered on the platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods different from the one used for the deposit are not permitted, except in specific cases assessed by the support team.

• The preferred withdrawal method is the Pix. Processing takes up to 10 minutes after the request is approved, including outside business hours and on weekends.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may require identity verification (KYC) before processing. See clause 9.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20,00. There is no fixed maximum limit, but high-value withdrawals may be split into multiple transfers at k9999's discretion.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirements defined for each promotion have been fully met.
• K9999 may hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security review in situations indicating platform misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

If a withdrawal takes longer than the stated timeframe, the user should contact support via chat or email with the withdrawal request number. The k9999 team reviews each case individually and responds within 24 hours.

K9999 offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, state championships, and international competitions), MMA and UFC, basketball, volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and more. • A bet confirmed by the system is binding and irrevocable — bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except when the event itself is cancelled.
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent market movements.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event: if the game or event is cancelled before it starts, the staked amount is fully refunded. If it is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid.
• In the event of live betting interrupted by a technical failure: live bets not confirmed before the interruption are voided. Bets already confirmed proceed to result review based on the score at the time of the interruption.
• K9999 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors (odds that are visibly incorrect due to a technical fault). Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided, with a full refund issued to the user.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets are settled by multiplying the odds of each selection. If one selection is voided, it is removed from the slip and the return is recalculated using the remaining selections.

K9999 offers a full casino section featuring Live Casino games (baccarat, blackjack, and roulette with real dealers), slots from licensed providers, and crash games. The rules for each game are set by the provider and displayed within the game itself.

• The outcome of all casino games and slots on k9999 is determined by RNG (random number generator) certified, ensuring no outcome can be predicted or manipulated.
• If a technical failure occurs during a casino or slot round, the round may be voided. The amount wagered in that round will be refunded to the account balance.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and subject to the game rules displayed in the interface. Broadcast issues such as lag or freezing do not invalidate a result that has already been confirmed by the server.

• Attempting to launder money or using the platform to move illicit funds.

Any detected prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances linked to the violation, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Documents that may be requested include: RG or CNH (front and back), CPF, recent proof of address (issued within the last 3 months), and a selfie holding your ID document.
• Documents must be submitted in good image quality, with no edits or cropping that could make them difficult to read.
• The review period is up to 72 hours after complete documentation has been submitted.
• During the verification process, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Betting and deposits remain available as normal.
